Refund policy

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order for a full refund before you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you cancel after your order has been sent you are responsible for the return shipping fee.   In addition, the original shipping fee we incurred to send the item to you will not be refunded (even when ‘FREE SHIPPING is advertised). 

Different Brands have different Refund and Cancellation policies.

For Ecotric Electric Bicycle Return Policy allows you to return or exchange your electric bicycle once within 30 days starting from the date of receiving the bike. Please check the warranty terms for complete information for when a return is applicable. Please note that we do not accept the return of spare parts or accessories (except a battery).

Please note:  If you make a purchase from outside of the United States, currency conversion charges may be applied by your credit card company and Shopify (the payment processor).  You will be responsible for all of these charges.
  FRANCONUSA.COM can only refund in USD up to the full amount of your original purchase.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
