Shipping Policy
We offer FREE SHIPPING to most of the states (Alaska/Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box)) in the US. We strive to make our customers happy and satisfied.
Our processing time varies from 2 to 3 business days and the delivery time varies between 5-30 days if our items are in stock. This all depends on holidays, demand, weather conditions, factory production, etc. We have warehouses around the US, China, and other countries. Most of the time the items are shipped from US warehouses depending on the stock available. If the stock is not available we will try to ship from the other warehouses so it might take a little longer than expected. Please bear with us. We will try our best to reach our goals.
Shipping Method.
Items are shipped through UPS, USPS, or by FedEx. Please make sure that you give us the right address to ship your bikes. Our bikes are not shipped to the P.O. Boxes.
Once your item is shipped you will get an e-mail ( to the e-mail address provided by you while ordering the bike) informing you about the shipment and the tracking no.
Please Note - During this COVID-19 time, Shipment rates have increased, and delivery times have increased. Allow additional time for delivery. - Thank you.
Wrong address disclaimer:
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is correct and fully entered.
Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INCORRECT INFORMATION
It is the responsibility of the buyer (you) to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so
there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@franconusa.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
For back-ordered items:
If your order contains a back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Lost/Stolen Packages
FRANCONUSA LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
